Industrial ducting

The ROS DUCTING industrial modular ducting system comprises a series of sheet metal sections that are joined together using pull-rings. The system’s sections feature a lip and reinforcement bead at each end. The main advantage of ROS ducting is its quick and easy assembly, plus the modularity and versatility derived from the system’s segmented bends, which can be adapted to fit any installation regardless of the complexity of its design.

Starting from a reel of galvanised or stainless steel sheet metal, sheets are formed into tubes then sealed lengthways with laser welding or a folded seam. All ducting sections are made with a bead and lip at each end. Sections are constructed in high-quality, certified sheet metal and available in standard thicknesses of 0.6-1.0 mm and a range of diameters, specifically 80-1,000 mm. Upon request, we can produce sections up to 1.2 mm thick and 1,500 mm in diameter.
