Which ROS Ducting assembly component do you need?

In this article we present the different assembly components of our ROS Ducting industrial modular ducting, a system used for the aspiration and filtration of dust and particles, as well as for the low-pressure pneumatic transport of products and air in production processes.

ROS Ducting modular products feature a lip at each end, allowing components to be joined together quickly and easily. Below we list the assembly components that we offer you as standard, and their main applications:

Multiform Pull-ring: for installations that do not require tightness.

Hybrid Pull-ring: for installations that require tightness and therefore the use of a profiled sealing-ring. The sealing-ring is purchased separately.

Two parts Clamping ring: for installations that require a connection of ROS Ducting components with thicker ducting systems. It is necessary to use a profiled sealing-ring.

Quick-lock Clamping ring: same application as the Two parts Clamping ring, but with a more agile assembly, through quick clip closure.

Clamping ring with sealing mass: for installations that require a connection of ROS Ducting components with thicker ducting systems. It is cheaper and time saving compared to the previous two, because a joint does not have to be assembled, since the sealing mass is already integrated. It is recommended in installations that do not require 100% tightness, and in case the temperature is less than 100ºC.

Flange: for installations with high air pressure, since the assembly made with flanges is safer and stronger. It is commonly used in installations with large diameters (≥ 750 mm).

In future articles we will explain the different types of sealing-rings that we offer you and their applications. Stay tuned!
